I called Arizona Desert Locksmith because of the 500+ five-star ratings. They sent out someone not from their own company but from Unlock Locksmith. They had evidently farmed out the job. He arrived in a private car, no badge or company shirt, and I had no idea he wasn't from Arizona Desert Locksmith until it was time to pay. The experience was hugely unsatisfactory in many respects, and the charge was exorbitant for what it was. I hope that no one else has to have this kind of miserable experience.

Amazing service! Had a 1979 CX500 missing keys called at 9pm and they answered and within five minutes gave me a quote. Next day called to schedule a time and a locksmith came within an hour and was able to fully pick and decode the bike and get a set of keys made!

Service was very attentive and fast. My car was opened in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend this service to other individuals that are in need of a fast service in Tempe, the cost was also very reasonable. Although today we didn't need a locksmith. Steve still rescued us today. Our car didn't want to start and Steve was the perfect person who pulled up and as soon as I asked if he could give us a jump he jumped into action and helped us without missing a beat. He gave us a jump and got us on our way. He literally saved our day and I'm sure he's the same way when you need his assistance with his locksmith services.
